Allison Scagliotti has been an American actress, director and performer for more than 20 years. La Femme Pendu is her musical name. Scagliotti's great-grandparents immigrated to Italy to the United States via Ellis Island. Allison Scagliotti (born Allison Glenn Scagliotti) was born in Monterey California USA, on the 21st of September, 1990.
