Emma Rose Kenney is an American actor from the United States. She played Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners, the spin-off. Kenney was birthed at New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a writer for Fox Sports and formerly worked at The New York Post. Emma Kenney was born in the same city as Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) is a native of Manhattan and she plays Debbie who is the hot child in Showtime's Shameless. The majority of her childhood was spent living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also known as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris as she was in her time in the Roseanne revival.
