Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred with the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. Part-Italian, she is also from Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and appeared on national ads for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
