Milana

 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub is an American comedian, actor, and activist. She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actor. Her most well-known work is her appearances on AT&T commercials on TV. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and 2020 (since 2020 (since). She was also a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). She was also a regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub was also cast as Squirrelgirl in Marvel Rising in 2018 following her appearance in the pilot TV series New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At the age of two, she and her parents relocated to the U.S. as refugees to get away from antisemitism. They settled in West Hollywood. Due to financial hardships in the family, she started acting in Mattel Barbie commercials when she was five years old. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. After her sophomore year, she quit and obtained an GED. She went on however to earn a Bachelor of Arts, Communication from University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
